If you’re anything like me, you’ve probably spent way too much money on wax melts that look pretty but lose their scent after five minutes. There is nothing worse than a melt that ends up smelling like plain wax before the night is even over!
From a Hobby to a Business...
To be honest, I never set out to run a business. I just wanted a house that smelled amazing! I started making my own melts as a hobby because I was tired of wasting money on products that didn't last. I wanted scents that actually filled the room and stayed strong.
Once I nailed the formula, I started giving them to friends and family. When they kept coming back saying, "Seriously, you need to sell these," I knew I was onto something. Before I knew it, my hobby had turned into Melting Madness By AHL.
The One-Woman Show...
When you buy from me, you’re supporting a true small business. I’m the one who orders the supplies, hand-pours the wax, films the TikToks, and packs your order with a little "happy dance" when the postman arrives.
Everything is made with love right at my kitchen table, but the big dream is to get a proper workshop set up in the back garden soon! Every order you place helps me get a little bit closer to that goal.
My World Outside the Business...
When I’m not surrounded by fragrance oils and glitter, my life revolves around my family (that’s us in the photo on our big day!). They are my absolute world and my biggest supporters. We love nothing more than relaxing at home together or counting down the days until our next family holiday.
I’m always up for a big night out with the girls, but at heart, I’m a total homebody. There is no better feeling than coming home to my own space, lighting a fresh melt, and just switching off with the people I love most.
