Returns & Refunds Policy.
Change of Mind.
We want you to be obsessed with your home fragrance! If you change your mind, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Wax melts must be in their original, unopened packaging. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for any wax melts that have been sampled, snapped, or removed from their wrapper/clamshell.
- Return Shipping: The cost of returning "change of mind" items is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a "signed for" service, as we cannot issue a refund if the item is lost in transit.
Damaged in the Post.
We pack our melts with care to ensure they survive the journey, but "madness" happens!
- Cosmetic Chips: Please note that since wax is a fragile material, small chips or "clean snaps" in a bar do not affect the scent or performance and are not considered damaged.
- Severe Damage: If your order arrives completely crushed or the packaging is compromised, please email us at [Your Email] within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the damage. We will happily send a replacement or issue a refund.
Faulty Products.
If you feel your wax melts are not performing as they should (e.g., no scent throw), please get in touch.
- Note on Warmers: Scent throw can be affected by the type of warmer used (electric vs. tea light). We are happy to troubleshoot with you!
- Resolution: If we cannot resolve the issue, we will ask you to return the item for testing and provide a like-for-like replacement or refund, including your return postage costs.
The Fine Print
- Sale Items: Items purchased during a "Madness Sale" or from our clearance section are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Bundles: If you purchased a starter kit or a bundle deal, the entire set must be returned together.
- Processing: Please allow 7–10 business days for funds to appear in your account once your return has been processed.
