Shipping Policy: Melting Madness By AHL

  1. Dispatch Times

We know you're excited to get your home smelling amazing! We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. Dispatch days are Monday to Friday — orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

  1. Shipping Methods & Costs

We use Royal Mail Tracked services so you can follow your parcel's journey. Choose your preferred speed at checkout:

  • Royal Mail 24 Tracked — Next-day delivery after dispatch — £4.65
  • Royal Mail 48 Tracked — 2-3 business days after dispatch — £3.65

  1. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation message with your tracking number. You can use this on the Royal Mail website once your parcel has been scanned in.

  1. Shipping Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, please message us immediately so we can try to fix it before dispatch.

  1. Missing or Delayed Parcels

If your order is delayed:

  • Please allow extra time during peak seasons (such as Christmas) or postal strikes.
  • Check your tracking link for "Safe Place" or "Delivery Attempt" updates.
  • If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with Royal Mail.
  1. Damaged Items

If your wax melts arrive severely damaged, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy. We require photos of the packaging and the damaged items to assist you.
