Shipping Policy: Melting Madness By AHL
- Dispatch Times
We know you're excited to get your home smelling amazing! We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. Dispatch days are Monday to Friday — orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
- Shipping Methods & Costs
We use Royal Mail Tracked services so you can follow your parcel's journey. Choose your preferred speed at checkout:
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked — Next-day delivery after dispatch — £4.65
- Royal Mail 48 Tracked — 2-3 business days after dispatch — £3.65
Note: Delivery times are aims provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed by Melting Madness By AHL.
- Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation message with your tracking number. You can use this on the Royal Mail website once your parcel has been scanned in.
- Shipping Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, please message us immediately so we can try to fix it before dispatch.
- Missing or Delayed Parcels
If your order is delayed:
- Please allow extra time during peak seasons (such as Christmas) or postal strikes.
- Check your tracking link for "Safe Place" or "Delivery Attempt" updates.
- If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with Royal Mail.
- Damaged Items
If your wax melts arrive severely damaged, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy. We require photos of the packaging and the damaged items to assist you.
