  1. Use of Our Website

By purchasing from Melting Madness By AHL, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have permission from a parent or guardian to use this site. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

  1. Handmade Nature of Products

All of our wax melts are handmade with love. Because of this, slight variations in colour, glitter placement, or shape may occur between batches. These unique features are part of the "madness" and do not affect the scent or quality of your product.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

We pride ourselves on getting your Melting Madness to you as fast as possible! We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. Dispatch days are Monday to Friday — orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

  • Royal Mail 24 Tracked — Aimed for next-day delivery after dispatch — £4.65
  • Royal Mail 48 Tracked — Aimed for 2-3 day delivery after dispatch — £3.65

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • CLP Labels — All products are fully CLP compliant. Please refer to the CLP label attached to each product for specific allergen and chemical safety information.
  • Care Cards — Every order includes a Care Card with essential safety instructions (e.g., never leave a burner unattended). By purchasing, you agree to read and follow these instructions carefully.
  • Liability — Melting Madness By AHL cannot be held liable for any damage, injury, or loss caused by the misuse of our products or failure to follow the provided safety guidelines.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before shipping to confirm if you wish to proceed.
