Absolutely. We use a premium blend of Coconut and Rapeseed wax paired with high-quality fragrance oils that are 100% vegan-friendly and cruelty-free. We choose plant-based alternatives over traditional ingredients like beeswax or animal-derived stearic acid

We believe in being completely transparent when it comes to the safety of your furry friends. While many companies offer a "blanket" yes, the truth is that every pet—just like every person—is unique and can have different sensitivities.
Our products are CLP-compliant, meaning all potential allergens are clearly listed on our labels. We recommend always keeping burners and carpet fresheners out of reach of children and pets to avoid accidents or accidental ingestion.
As a general rule, we advise against using scented products (including candles and melts) around birds, such as budgies, as their respiratory systems are highly sensitive to airborne fragrances.
For other pets, we suggest introducing new scents in a well-ventilated room. If you ever notice your pet acting unsettled or agitated, we recommend stopping use and consulting your vet with the product’s CLP label. In our years of retailing, we have never had a report of a pet being unwell, but we always prefer to prioritize safety and honesty first! -
As a small business, we pride ourselves on a quick turnaround. Because our products are already made and in stock, we usually dispatch within 24–48 hours. During peak seasons like Christmas, this may extend slightly, but we always work hard to get your scents to you as fast as possible.

We use Royal Mail Tracked services to ensure your order arrives safely. We offer two main options:
- Tracked 48 (Standard): This is our standard service (and the one used for free shipping). While Royal Mail aims for a 2-day delivery, please allow up to 10 working days for arrival during busy periods. We are required to wait this full duration before we can open a lost parcel claim on your behalf.
- Tracked 24 (Express Upgrade):.Royal Mail aims for next-day delivery with this service, though we ask that you allow up to 5 working days for delivery before we can investigate any delays or file a claim.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey! -
While we don't currently offer a local delivery service, we do provide a free local collection option!
If you live nearby and would like to save on shipping, simply select the "Pick Up" option at checkout instead of "Shipping." Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for you to collect your items. -
At this time, we only ship within the UK. We do not currently offer international delivery, but we'll be sure to update our customers if this changes in the future!
